Will the names print exactly as I type them?
Yes. We print exactly what you type, so please double-check the spelling and capital letters. Tap “Preview your design” to see it before you order.
Can I change a name after I order?
Yes, within 6 hours of placing your order. Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the correct name. After that, your item may already be in production.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you if appropriate, and you don’t need to ship anything back. See our return policy.
How do I pick the right size?
