Open any product, type your dog's name (and family names where the design has them) in the boxes on the product page, then add it to your cart. We print exactly what you type, so please double-check the spelling before you check out.
When will my order arrive?
Every piece is printed after you order, so it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf items. You'll see the delivery estimate at checkout, and we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Ordering a gift for Christmas? Order early to be safe.
Can I change the name after I order?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact us page with your order number and the correct name. We can update it if your order hasn't gone to print yet. Once printing starts, changes aren't possible.
