Questions before you order
Will the names print exactly as I type them?
Yes. We print exactly what you type, so please double-check the spelling and capital letters. Tap “Preview your design” to see it before you order.
Can I change a name after I order?
Yes, within 6 hours of placing your order. Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the correct name. After that, your item may already be in production.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you if appropriate, and you don’t need to ship anything back. See our return policy.
How do I pick the right size?
Open the “Size guide” link next to the size buttons. Apparel is unisex sizing; a good check is to measure a top you already love and compare.
How do I care for my shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Lay flat to dry and don’t use bleach, so the print stays bright.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the tracking link in your shipping email or our order tracking page.
